Group ONE Classes

We know it can be scary and intimidating to walk into a class for the first time.  You’re thinking:  What kind of pretzel am I going to turn into in yoga? Why would I want to take a class with a name that questions my sanity? Its ok, we’ve all been there! If it’s your first time in class…we applaud you! What a great, courageous step you have taken! Don’t worry, we’re not going to judge; all that really matters is that you showed up. We’ll help you along the way.

All of our group exercise classes are presented to show you ways to modify the moves to a level that suits you. If you’re looking for low impact, we’ll show you how to do that. And if you want to step it up a notch, we’ll show you extra options, too. It is $5 to try your first class and just $7 to drop in to any class thereafter. We also have monthly memberships available, which we’d be happy to go over with you when you come in.

Psycho Cycling

One-of-a-kind spinning experience, created by Deitrie Rodriguez. Choreographed movements with a wide spectrum of music. This class incorporates heart rate training zones, light weights and more. With over the top group energy, you’ll find yourself busting a move while sweating it off!  Reservations required.

Yoga Blend

A blend of Vinyasa Flow-type moves with a little Pilates, a bit of strength and a lot of relaxation. This class flows through sequences of beginner and intermediate moves to help you create a sense of peace and empowerment.


A cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums! Burn up to 900 calories, strengthen and sculpt muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Reservations required.


Influenced by classical and modern dance – but it’s not a dance class! We use a barre to achieve optimal positioning, incorporating stretching, balance, strength, Pilates, and Yoga moves. You will increase your metabolism, burn fat, and lengthen tight muscles.

Open Ride

Come in and use the bikes to spin at your own pace and challenge course. There’s no instructor, just you and your playlist. A great lunch time break.


Total body conditioning that includes resistance, intervals, plyometrics and power. There’s never a dull moment in this class as you move through the choreographed cardio moves and lean muscle weight exercises.

Lean & Fit

A series of 30-second cardio drills mixed with body weight strength moves. Rev up your metabolism with bursts of cardio that will leave you feeling energized and fit. All moves can be modified for low or high intensity or impact.

Lean & Strong

A total body conditioning class that incorporates cardio and weights. This class will give you a cardio fix, build lean muscle and burn lots of calories. Can be done at your own level and pace.


Fun, easy-to-follow class that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Shake a little, sweat a little and smile a lot!

Core Focus 15

15 minutes of focused core work to help strengthen your abs and back.

Silver Society

Silver Low Impact and Silver Stability are part of  our Silver Society class offerings for those 55 or better or anyone who is interested in starting (or restarting) an active lifestyle. Both classes incorporate low-impact moves, strength and balance.


Fun, easy-to-follow class that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Shake a little, sweat a little and smile a lot!

Yoga Rocks
