Group ONE Classes
We know it can be scary and intimidating to walk into a class for the first time. You’re thinking: What kind of pretzel am I going to turn into in yoga? Why would I want to take a class with a name that questions my sanity? Its ok, we’ve all been there! If it’s your first time in class…we applaud you! What a great, courageous step you have taken! Don’t worry, we’re not going to judge; all that really matters is that you showed up. We’ll help you along the way.
All of our group exercise classes are presented to show you ways to modify the moves to a level that suits you. If you’re looking for low impact, we’ll show you how to do that. And if you want to step it up a notch, we’ll show you extra options, too. It is $5 to try your first class and just $7 to drop in to any class thereafter. We also have monthly memberships available, which we’d be happy to go over with you when you come in.

One-of-a-kind spinning experience, created by Deitrie Rodriguez. Choreographed movements with a wide spectrum of music. This class incorporates heart rate training zones, light weights and more. With over the top group energy, you’ll find yourself busting a move while sweating it off! Reservations required.

Silver Low Impact and Silver Stability are part of our Silver Society class offerings for those 55 or better or anyone who is interested in starting (or restarting) an active lifestyle. Both classes incorporate low-impact moves, strength and balance.
